Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Swastik Elite Care, we are dedicated to providing professional and reliable services to all our customers.
Please note that all our offerings are service-based, and therefore, no refunds or returns are applicable under any circumstances.

1. Service Policy

  • Once a service is booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • All payments made for services are non-refundable.

  • Customers may request to reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time, subject to availability and approval.

2. Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after service completion.

  • Incorrect information provided at the time of booking.

  • Customer’s unavailability at the scheduled service time.

  • Issues arising from pre-existing damage, misuse, or negligence.
